This was done as a demo for a student who took my gouache landscape painting class from the Healdsburg Arts Center. It was such a lovely day. The lake was incredible still and clear like glass! A few times here and there, the lake moved enough that there was a ripple in the water, which I captured in the scene. I hope to continue to do more in-person workshops in the future!
