The McRib came and went, didn't it? I have to admit though, I had never tried a McRib before this year. Never even had a desire to! But after it was requested as a Paint Drip a handful of times, I felt like it was time to try it. Gotta say, it's not bad! It's much different than a lot of McDonalds items, actually. It's really its own thing and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. It is probably relatively easy to make your own version of it. Just get a pork patty, slather it in BBQ sauce, add fresh chopped onions and pickles, and put it on a toasted brioche bun. There ya go. But if you want to wait until next year for a McRib, I'll be right there with you.
